The terms that govern mobile detailing services from Lizardi Mobile Detailing.
By scheduling a service or using our website, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be clear and fair while protecting both you and our team.
Lizardi Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services at your home, office, or another agreed-upon location in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. We bring professional equipment, products, and supplies to you. Services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection, maintenance details, and fleet and dealership detailing.
Detailing improves, protects, and maintains the appearance of your vehicle. It does not permanently repair existing damage, excessive wear, scratches, fading, staining, paint defects, or neglected interiors. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle at the time of service.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and agreed upon in advance. Once an appointment is confirmed, we will arrive at the agreed location within the scheduled time window. You will receive confirmation of your appointment date and time by phone, text, or email.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee. Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment if conditions make service unsafe or impractical.
Mobile detailing is performed outdoors and depends on weather conditions. Rain, extreme heat, freezing temperatures, or other severe weather may require an appointment to be rescheduled. If weather affects your appointment, we will contact you as early as possible to arrange a new date and time at no additional charge.
You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is legally accessible and safe to work on at the time of service. This includes providing a suitable parking space with enough room for our team and equipment, access to a water spigot and standard electrical outlet when required, and a location free of hazards. If we arrive and the vehicle is not accessible or the location is unsafe, we may need to reschedule, and a fee may apply.
You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service. This includes items in the seats, center console, door pockets, trunk, and cargo area. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left in the vehicle. Removing your belongings allows us to clean thoroughly and reduces the risk of damage to valuables.
Vehicles with severe contamination, including biohazards, mold, bodily fluids, excessive pet hair, or similar conditions, may require additional charges after inspection. These conditions require specialized products, additional time, and extra safety precautions. If we determine that severe contamination is present, we will inform you before beginning work and provide an updated estimate for your approval.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods arranged in advance. A deposit may be required to reserve certain appointments or services. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost.
We take pride in our work and stand behind it. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will return to address reasonable concerns at no additional charge. This policy does not cover issues related to pre-existing damage, normal wear, or conditions disclosed before service began.
Detailing improves and protects your vehicle but cannot permanently repair existing damage, excessive wear, scratches, fading, staining, paint defects, or neglected interiors. Before beginning any service, we will inspect your vehicle and discuss any pre-existing conditions we observe. Some defects may be improved but not fully corrected. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that cannot be remedied through detailing.
Ceramic coatings provide a durable, hydrophobic layer that protects your paint and enhances gloss. Coatings typically last two to three years depending on maintenance, driving conditions, and environmental exposure. They do not make your vehicle impervious to damage and require proper care to perform as intended.
Paint correction reduces or removes swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and other surface imperfections to restore a smoother, more reflective finish. The degree of improvement depends on paint thickness, depth of defects, and the overall condition of the vehicle. Some deeper scratches or defects may not be fully correctable.
Lizardi Mobile Detailing is not liable for damage to aftermarket accessories, electronic devices, or fragile items left in the vehicle. Our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for mechanical issues, warning lights, or vehicle malfunctions that arise independently of the detailing services performed. If you believe damage occurred during a service, notify us within 48 hours so we can investigate promptly.
We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, equipment failure, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your service as soon as possible.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or from services provided by Lizardi Mobile Detailing shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Antonio, Texas.
